This SUV is almost always here, and it cracks me up every time. I appreciate the attempt to minimize the bike lane obstruction - I really do. But is it legal to park on the sidewalk instead, and force pedestrians to walk up in the yard, or out into traffic? Where do we live, Texas? Apologies to native Texans, of course...

This person seems to live in the house here. I've seen this car parked like this several times, at various times of the day (usually weekends) and evenings. I've seen, though not photographed, other cars parked in this manner, which I assume to be visitors. There can be no mistaking this is a bike lane the car is parked in, hence the attempt to "provide" some space.
